My age 26 I am having a problem of passing urine since 3days and also having a pain

Get urine examination routine and microscopic done along with the ultrasonography of the abdomen especially for the KUB region and post void residual urine.definitive treatment as per your investigation findings. Meanwhile for symptomatic treatment mixture of potassium magnesium citrate (uriliser)15ml thrice daily ,mixed with glass of water may help
