My 4 month old boy don't drink my milk directly I always feed him with spoon or breastpump but now it is very painful n irritating for me ..what should I do to feed my milk directly

Many times due to short, inverted nipples difficult for the baby to suck. Treatment is simple. Secondly some painful conditions of baby's mouth and oral cavity such as oral thrush, ulcer not allow the baby to suck. Thirdly some disease of baby in which baby is unable to suck or tired early.
