My 3 months old baby

My baby had vaccination yesterday that is given in 10th week and doctor also recommended to change formula milk due to colic so I changed the milk from nan pro to lactogen but today he has passed 2 times stool and of sour smell. Is it a matter of concern?

Consult Now
No issues... Change in formula may cause change in motion consistent and smell.... It will get better in few days Also if possible avoid formula feed...  And continue Breastfeeding
