It's a rash that doesn't go, dispite medication comes back within a week or so. We applied desonide gel (atoned gel)based on her pead's recommendation. It came back within a couple of weeks.
She itches it coz it becomes really dry in the middle of the night. Small bumps, blood has oozed out at times!
It has also spread a bit. Covers elbow's crease completely. Apply heavy moisturizer too.
It seems that has atopic dermatitis which is a kind of endogenous eczema. It happens because the patient skin is more dry than the others. It has to be kept under control otherwise they will be frequent recurrences. Do not use soap daily and do not use Harsh soaps. Put oil on the body before bath.
