Good evening doctor,  My 2D echo impression as follows: No regional wall motion abnormality, Good LV SYSTOLIC function, Normal filling pattern, NO MR NO AR, TRIVIAL TR/ MILD PAH, NO PRECARDIAL EFFUSION/ NO CLOT.  What is MILD PAH. KINDLY SUGGEST. What is the overall impression of my report.
