My 2 m old Persian kitten is not eating

I purchased this kitten on Monday.it was eating very well for 1st two days but now it has stopped eating and looks very lazy. Her stools also seems to be loose. I already had a 2 month old Indian male kitten he has also suddenly stopped eating since yesterday and has pain in his leg. I gave both of then 0.5 ml of himpyrin that is a analgesic. Please suggest what could be the problem?
