My 1 year Daughter is crying continuous

We came to 5 days back from Bangalore to Panipat then my 1 year daughter got cold and fever , I get her treated from child specialist, we are following doctor medicine , fever is down now but still she is crying since morning to evening continuously. I am not able to find out why she is continuously crying Please suggest
