Met with MVA yesterday, had swollen nose and bleeding at time of accident, but stopped automatically. X-rays showed bent nose and required surgery. What are the precautions to be taken? What is the diet to be followed? Is this condition dangerous?

You seem to have suffered from blunt injury nose and displaced fracture of nasal bones. You may need to undergo closed reduction of nasal bone fracture. Usually it is a simple procedure. No special precautions on diet is necessary
