I am ocd patient that's why i am putting mustard oil in the eyes, nose and navel. It will beneficial for it?? Will it not increase fat and any problem??

Putting mustard oil on naval is ok but it will be more beneficial if u put bala tail as Nasya in nostrils.as far as eyes are concerned it is not recommended to put any type of oil in eyes.u can consult me for more specific treatment of OCD.
