I started on a low carb diet. After about a few weeks I began getting tingling in my face and lips. A few weeks later my muscles in my mouth tightened up and I was unable to move them well cuz they were completely rigid, and then I wasn't able to move my thumbs and lower arms as they were completely rigid and almost claw shaped.
