Muscle appearing in neck-thyroid patient

Hii This is my mother's report ..It shows some symptoms of thyroid . While doing ultra sound of neck it shows some muscle dots appearing .Can you please let me know what is that muscle dot ..is that normal for thyroid patient or not ? And  she has whole body pain . Please let me know how should I take this report normal or its quite serious . Regards Barsha Kafle
