My 2.5 years daughter is suffering from small multiple spikes like thing on tongue and little inside towards neck. It has been 3 months now, it goes off and appears again and again. Although it never vanished completely. Her tongue is reddish with the spikes and plain texture (different from natural tongue). Doctors had advised multivitamin, but it is not working. She can't eat mild spicy food, only sweet food. Please advice.
