Study shows few bunctuate foci of altered signal intensity involving bilateral periventricular whit natter, calloso-marginal region. The lesions in calloso-marginal region are oriented in a perpendiculas lirection. These lesions are hyperintense on T2 & T2 flair and show isointense to hypointense signa on TIWI. Sella-parasellar region is unremarkable No mass effect or midline shift seen. Major arterial and venous flow voids are patent Ventricles and basal cisterns are normal Cervical spine screening is normal. CONCLUSION: Findings Reveal Demyelinating Plaques in Cerebral White Matter -? Multiple sclerosis is a demyelinating condition which demand immunomodulator to be started as diagnosed to prevent relapse and if not treated properly can lead to permanent sequelae
