Multiple Lymph nodes in right neck

Greetings! I'll take a little long as my problem is concerning please read!! I'm, 27 y/o guy, having multiple Lymph nodes about 6-7 in my right neck. Tried surgery once in 2018. Failed as surgeon said its risky to remove it directly. Tired FNAC but blood came out instead of sample. Consulted more than 10 doctors ent, onco but no one confirmed if its cancer or just fatty lumps. Lost all my savings for consultation, tests, medicines. No insurance cover for surgery or cash for the same so, I'm avoiding it as financial issues but worried if it gets cancer in future. One surgeon said i could lose my voice in surgery. Also, right thyroid has a small node too. Its about maybe this or that to all doctors. Any better suggestion will be Highly appreciated. Lastly, It's been more than 5 yrs. I still eat well, no throat pain at all, no night sweats, no cough fever comes occasionally.

Kindly be specific about where the nodes are located on your neck anteriorly or posteriorly ..? Lymph nodes enlarge as a response to some kind of inflammation or infection in the area that they are draining lymph from. Neck has a large number of lymph nodes that drain lymph from various parts of the head, face, throat and neck. When multiple nodes present posteriorly in the neck, with a history of evening fever/chills they could be suggestive of TB lymphadenitis which requires Antitubercular treatment. To find out you need to do a blood ESR, Mantoux skin test and preferably an Ultrasound guided FNAC to avoid blood aspiration. If there are no other symptoms and you still have enlarged lymph nodes they could even be because of dandruff or poor dental hygiene or past infections.

Multiple node of same size for long duration of time occurs mainly due to infection of throat which has traversed via lymphatics to cervical lymph node. Since FNAC inconclusive, wait and watch. Since occasional fever is coming, exclude Tuberculosis by doing Mantaux test and Stupum test for TB
