I've been having multiple lipomas all over my body. Majorly in arms. And they are growing everyday in number and size

Nothing needs to be done. However get an FNAC done to confirm its a lipoma. If any lipoma is paining daily or causing you anycosmetic problem you can get in excised surgically. Or else nothing needs to be done.
