For about a week or so I've had fatigue and a cough which refuses to go away. For the past three days I've had a very painful section in the right side of my throat (no dehydration or anything like that). I don't eat much but if I do get hungry I can barely eat otherwise I feel naesous. But since yesterday if I'm ever upright (even sitting) I'll occasionally get these intense moments of dizziness where I nearly pass out. Until yesterday the symptoms haven't interfered with anything.
