Multiple hypoechoic SOL in liver USG

USG report says: Evince of multiple varying size iso hypoechoic sol larger one measures approx 7.3 X 5.4 cms. Billiary and vascular radicles are normal. No pleural effusion seen in both cp angle region. What is suggested?
