I have a hard time falling asleep and feel super tired all day. I've had extreme knee, spinal, stomach and muscle pain for about a month. I feel dizzy all the time and I've had moments where I'm about to faint. I get random bruises in my body. I've been previously diagnosed with anemia, gastritis, colitis and pre diabetes but not anymore.
