I have been constantly getting mucus in my throat and have to spit it out again and again throughout the day. I gargle with warm water and salt 2-3 times a day, but it isn't really helping. This has been going on for a while, and while it is slightly better on certain days, it is quite worse on other days. Is there a possible solution to this?
