III Defined heterogeneously enhancing necrotic mass lesion. In the right temporal and parietal lobe with its morphology as described. MRI f/s/o high grade neoplasm like GBM or metastasis. Suggested HP correlation. Adjacent satellite modules seen. Mass effect with midline shift and herniation as described. Diffuse old ischemic changes in bilateral.
