Hello Doctor Please help me with suggestion attached is my wife MRCP test report and LFT report. She has abdomen pains which lasts for more than 8 hrs. She doesn't drink alcohol Please suggest what's the problem and what is the next step

MRCP report is not showing any stone and IHBD. There might be some stone which causes pain in the abdomen but as her LFT is deranged ..further evaluation is needed. Consult Gastroenterologist for further management .
