My tongue has decent shape, its not oval, it has white sharpenings, there is like 0.25x0.25 centimeter sore , and at the end of the tongue there are like red bumps also my right eye is twitching pretty often for no reason

you tongue seems fine. you could consult a dentist or ent doctor about it. right eye twitching could be due to lack of sleep.
