Mouth is with tooth line,feel swelling , tongue is abnormal. Unable to eat or drink. Feeling pain in throat also. Pian in tonsil point also.

Stop chewing inside of your cheeks with your tooth. Can't see your tonsils. So if you're feeling pain (or burning sensation?) there are medications.
