Have been facing this wierd problem with facial hair, have a particular spot below the nose which doesn't have facial hair. Some background with the problem-> met with an accident in past at the same spot, any remedies?

Yes, usually after injury, the hair follicle there must have been destroyed and hair does not grow in scar tissue.
