Hi doctor .my brother is 25yrs old his weight is average around 60 and his problm is after every meal he feels like going for motion and flatulence probs pls advise what to do ..is it any serious illnes or any medication pls advise

Hi, is this problem started recently or is there since long? Does he have poison abdomen also? You can get done basic tests done for him- CBC, LFT, SEC, CRP and update the findings. Mean while you can start ECONORM SACHET daily after dinner for 5 days
