Hi, I am pregant this is my eighty nine days as of today. I was asked to consume Richar CR tablets - ferrous ascrobate & folic acid CR tablets after consuming this my motion is black is it to be worried . Please advise.

Hello. No need to worry. Iron supplements change the colour of motion to black. It just shows that you are regularly taking tablets. It's perfectly normal
