I can understand your problem. it's normal sometimes when you have food, the stomach gets stretched and there is a signal sent to the bowel that stomach is full and needs little evacuation, therefore you may feel the need to go to the loo. it's called gastrocolic reflex.
in another case it may be associated with IBS.
HERE IS WHAT YOU CAN DO, have smaller meals and have lots of water.
include a bowl of curd everyday in your diet.
gradually your problem will reduce.
if it still persists, you should consult a gastroenterologist for further examination and treatment. some tests may be required.
