My morphology is only 3%.is there any abnormality ?how to improve my morphology? is that severe?can u please suggest which doctor should i consult?is there any chance my wife get pregnent?

Please provide detailed semen analysis. Repeat after few days of abstinence. Need physical examination by urologist to look for varococele or other abnormality.
