Monkey Bite
While feeding monkey in a park I got bitten by a female monkey in the ring finger of left hand. It started bleeding after the bite which caused small wound. After that i washsed my finger with some antiseptic liquid and tincture Iodine. I had taken a titanus injection in November 2016. I wanted to know is there anything to worry about. The finger is now swollen a little bit and stiff. Please suggest next step to be taken.

I can understand your concern.
You don't need to take another tetanus shot.
But i would definitely advise you to take a whole course of anti-rabies vaccine.
It will help you in the future also.

Hello......TT booster infection works for next 5 years.. You had TT injection on 2016 so don't worry.. But you should take antirabies vaccine. It's not only for dog bite, antirabies vaccine should be taken for all wild animals bite.. Consult general physician in nearest hospital....
