My liver size is 14.1 cm . Moderate to severe fatty liver. High cholesterol. No BP. Weight 93 kg. How to cure this severe fatty liver.

Fatty liver can be due to excessive fatty food, alcohol intake etc. What does your rest of liver function tests suggest? Weight loss under supervision Will help you in decreasing the cholesterol &I also reversing the fatty changes.
