Is it safe to take modafinil and Methylphenidate together? My doctor recommended both together in a lower dose because I have day time sleeping and focus problem but is it safe?

Modafinil is for alerness and methylphenidate for increase focus ..suppose u take methylphenidate nd it's working for u than according to my opinion take one only
