Before i used to use my mobile all day as i was addicted to social media. I came to know recently that radiation from mobile is harmful. What will happen now? I m very scared. Will it have caused any damage already?

Its a proven fact now, that all kind of radiations are harmful. be it mobile, wifi, microwave, bluetooth. Avoid as much you can but in todays world you cant completely avoid it. Our body is a dynamic system which keeps healing itself provided we provide it what it needs for its self healing.
