Mistake in epididymitis

I am doing course of homeopathic medicine for chronic epididymitis but 2 or 3 days before I lifted weight and in result I noticed that my both testicles are enlarged a bit. Should I consult allopathy for this problem or continue my course of homeopathic medicines. I am really confused. I started this medicine course just 1 week ago.
