I have missed my periods for 2 months which was regular always. I don't know the reason. I have taken ecosprin to induce my periods but all in vain. Please help me..

Ecospirin doesn't induce periods. Do a urine pregnancy test if you are sexually active. Also do ultrasound pelvis. Revert with reports. Depending on these, medicines can be decided
