Missing my period ..kindly help

I have sex with my man on 18 October (he pulled out) (and only once we did) (I have three days for my periods) it was my 4th not so active day ...my next period was on 10th November (3days) now it's 14 December still not having my periods.i have checked twice home based pregnancy test but it was negative ... (first at evening n second early morning)
