Hello doctor, i missed thyronorm 12.5 mcg tablets for continuous 5 days because of my travel. My doctor asked me to test tsh after 1.5 month and I took tablets for 2 months. Before continuing the dosage , should I test my tsh now or after taking tablet for few more days? Also is it possible to stop thyroid tablets completely or is it lifelong? Please suggest.

Take your tablet regularly for a week and then check for TSH. It is possible to taper and stop thyronorm dose with homeopathic treatment. Feel free to contact.
