Hi, did you repeat pregnancy test or ultrasound after the abortion was complete.?? If not repeat a pregnancy test, if it’s negative... nothing to worry ... following abortion, periods will be delayed for a while... need to consult a gynaecologist... they will suggest medication for getting periods.
