I have a copper IUD (mona lisa) and ive missed my period for the last 2 months which is unusuaul for me because my periods are regular every month, now I'm bleeding for 3 weeks lightly with some abdominal cramping what could be wrong?

Go for Pregnancy test.ultrasound Sometimes due to irregular hormone release from body may be cause of it.
