I missed period for 2 months, sudden cramps in abdomen, slightly back oaim makes me think that my periods are about to come..but no periods yet. Negative pregnancy test. I was having regular periods but once i took ipill 6 months before but after that I am getting periods in alternate month's

Hi, check blood beta HCG levels for confirmation of pregnancy. Can take analgesics( pain killers) for a back pain. Tab. Dolo 650 mg twice daily after food along with pain killer cream for local application if beta HCG is negative.
