Miscarriages with no heartbeat at 9 week

I had 2 miscarriages and there was no heartbeat even at 9 weeks. Also I have thyroid problem and on medication from last 2 yrs but nothing working out, looking for a Gynecologist in Pune who have experience of handling such cases. Please suggest names and your experience along with hospital affiliation and fees details (if pos.) Please help!!
