I have missed miscarriage at 7 week which is diagnosed at 12 week when I started to bleed. For 3 days i had light bleeding and yesterday I had heavy bleeding with cramps and lower abdominal pain. My doctor has recommended me misoprostol  , some antibiotic and metrogil. Should I take misoprostol Or wait for it to pass naturally. Does misoprostol affect future pregnancy. Is missed miscarriage common. Can I get pregnant again.i am so much worried and stressed now. Please help.
