I am 7 week pregnant . One night I had a heavy bleeding for once when I went for toilet . Then after that I could not see any blood at all. There is no pain , no cramping at all. So what does it mean . I Had miscarriage or not

It can be a complete abortion Pls consult a gynaecologist  and get a scan done to confirm .
