Can a women that had a miscarriage on the 10/31/17 get pregnant on 11/15/17 if they didn’t go get check for the miscarriage

Hi, miscarriage that had happened in October has been confirmed by Ultrasound? If not there is a possibility for continuation of same pregnancy.. if the pregnancy was not aborted at all.
