Hi. I tripped and fell on the road with scrapes on my left knee, which was bleeding. I treated it with dettol and put a band aid. Do I need a tetanus shot?

Yes surely, u need a TT shot It better to be safe... Chance of sepis Dettol won't kill all. Microbes... Especially serious ones.
