Minimal fluid in pelvis

I'm going through pain in my stomach and I also get swelling in my stomach. My docter suggest me for ultrasound. In ultrasound some follicular cyst of 18*13mm is found in my left ovary. Is this situation ok.?.I don't know about it.

This is absolutely normal finding . Your pain may be due to stomach upset .
