Asked for Female, 24 Years

I had sex on 29th Dec and from 5th Jan onwards I have milky discharge from my nipple's. Does this mean iam pregnant? We used a contraceptive and i even had an emergency contractive pill after 2 days. I took a pregnancy test as well and it came out negative. I have never experienced this before and don't know what could be causing this.
