My 16 days old gal sometimes vomits little during feeding. She sometimes makes hoarshy noise during feeding and little drops of milk comes from noise. She burps during sleep. What should be the problem?

Probably it's GER( Gastro eosophageal reflux) which causes regurgitation of feeds. Solution is to do proper burping after every feed...10 to 15mns Keep the child around 30 degrees while feeding, with head end elevation.
