After going through ur whole history- I can’t understand what amount of milk you want to offer a 2 yrs 2 months old child? If he had proven milk allergies- adjust him to daily household foods- we adults take - that adjustment should be done every child from 18-24 months- adding ghee or butter- in baby to allergic to milk products - does not have problems- please go through ICMR nutritional guidelines-Exclusive Breastfeeding (0-6 months):
For the first six months, breast milk is sufficient to provide all essential nutrients for an infant's physical and mental development.
Complementary Feeding (after 6 months):
Introduce home-made, nutrient-dense, semi-solid foods in addition to breastfeeding. Examples include:
Mashed fruits and vegetables
Cereals and pulses
Eggs and meat, if available
Continued Breastfeeding:
Continue breastfeeding along with complementary foods for at least two years.
Nutrient-Dense Foods:
Provide foods that are rich in energy, protein, vitamins, and minerals.
Calcium for Adolescents:
Ensure adequate calcium intake for adolescents (10-19 years) to achieve peak bone mass
