Mild vertigo
Frequently using alcohol. Now stopped more than month. But sometimes feel very mild vertigo.
It’s due to Alhocol withdraw?
Which medicine good for mild vertigo?
Am using vertin 8mg.

Symptoms of Alcohol withdrawal does not last this long. Possibility of ear infection and cervical Spondylitis has to be ruled out. You may have to get an x-ray of cervical spine if it shows spondylic changes Physiotherapy will work for you. Alsoyou have to check serum calcium and serum vitamin D3 levels. you can continue Vertin 8mg till next 3to 4 days but if the symptom does not does not improve they have to be discontinued

Go for morning and evening walk daily for good digestion and easy defication and good circulation
Take salads and fruits more
Stop alcohol totally
