Sir am manoj age 31 i have shown tmt st changes i wil attach reports and 2d echo shownmild lvh/mr is it any serious n my tmt is showing any coronary arteries problem

Ecg has slight changes. Consult nearby cardiologist. Needs detailed history and full TMT needs to be done
